Camp Program Options & Prices:
FULL WEEK (M-F) - $179 *pick four classes
FULL WEEK HALF DAY AM (9:30-11:45) $99 *pick two AM classes (not at camp for lunch)
FULL WEEK HALF DAY PM (12:15-2:45) $99 *pick two PM classes (not at camp for lunch)
MWF - $119 *pick four classes
T/TH - $89 *pick four classes
Drop IN DAY RATE: $50 - allows you to pick your own days each week (lunch not included).
If registering for week 1 (Monday is holiday: Tu/W/Th/Fri = $144, Tu/Th or Wed/Fri is $89)
Healthy Lunch Plan: We provide a deli-style sandwich: Ham/Cheese (Mon/Th), Turkey/Cheese (Tues/Fri), PB& J (Wed), chips or fruit and juice drink. We will also provide a snack at the following prices: FULL WEEK ($20), MWF ($15), T/TH ($10) No HLP offered for AM/PM half-day campers since they do not stay for lunch.
Early Drop (ED)- drop your child off as early as 8:30 AM for $5 an hour per child.
Extended Camp (EC)- your child can attend Extended Camp as-need til 6pm at $5 per hour per child.
Pay in advance for ED or EC or use it when you need it and pay in person on the last day of your child's program.
Specific Program Information: Please make sure you use the below text box to let us know (1) child's name, (2) program (MWF, T/TH, FULL WEEK, FULL WEEK AM HALF DAY or FULL WEEK PM HALF DAY) (3) weeks of attendance (4) class choices for each week (5) if you want the HLP and (6) if you will need ED or EC. Feel free to use it as a pricing worksheet to help you find your total (we would be happy to email you your grand total).
Discounts:
Register by June 15th @ 5pm and take $10 off any program choice if you enroll two siblings in the same week. One $10 discount per family per week.
If you are registering after June 15th, please add $10 late registration fee.

Waiver:
I understand and agree that by signing this waiver form, I am freeing Art 4 Children Inc, Jessica Welch, San Diego Music Studio, Robin Sassi, it's officers, consultants, instructors or other agents from any liability resulting from my child's participation all camp activities for these 2005 Summer camps. I understand that if my child is injured this waiver will be used against me and anyone else claiming damages because of my child's injury or any other incident in any legal action. I also accept all responsibility for my child after camp is over. By signing this form, I have also read and understand that my 50% deposit is non-refundable and there are NO REFUNDS after payment has been sent. If I wish to change my child's class choices after June 15, there is a $10 fee per class change. I also understand that I will be billed $5 per hour or $2 per 15 minutes for Extended Camp (starting at 2:50pm) or Early Drop (dropping off prior to 9:10). I certify that I have personally read and understand this waiver and release.

Art 4 Children Inc Program Policies:
- Drop off is between 9:15-9:30. Pick up is prompt at the end of your program.
- Early Drop is from 8:30-9:14. Extended camp is from 2:50-6pm.
- You will be be billed $2 per 15 minutes or $5 per hour for Early Drop or Extended Camp. This bill must be paid with cash or check at the end of your weekly program. If we have to mail the bill, we charge a $5 S&H fee.
- Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and there are NO REFUNDS after payment has been sent.
- If your child falls in and has to miss several days or the entire week, we offer no make-ups or refunds.
- If request a class change after you register, the fee is $10 per class with advanced notice due the need to account for supplies, roster changes, teacher notification and administrative work. Day of & on-the-spot class changes are $20.
- Campers need to dress comfortable in older clothing. We are not responsible for soiled clothing, as we do get messy with some projects.
- Children should pack a healthy lunch, water/drinks and on snack for mid-morning unless your child is participation in our Health Lunch Program (HLP).
- If your child has a special need, please take the time to inform us so we can inform our staff and better serve the needs of your child.
- These policies as well as additional policies will require your intial & signature at the time of registration.
