    We are not responsible for getting you child to our classes. Please notify your child's teacher or after school program! Teacher's will walk all students to KOC, YMCA or KidsCare, or the flag pole at the end of the class time. Picking up your child on time at the class location is helpful. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we bill $10 per 15 minutes you arrive late.

    SEES PM KINDER PARENTS: PM Kinder classes that are specifically for KINDERS start at dismissal for PM Kinder (3:25M, Tu, Th, F/2:25W). If you chose to sign them up for another class that ends at 1st-5th dismissal, they will be late to class. Please discuss this with your child's teacher to make them aware of where your child needs to go. San Elijo 1st-5th classes are from 3:15-4:15 except for Wed classes which are from 2:15-3:15.

  • We offer no refunds, credits or make-ups for missed classes once the session begins. If you decide your child needs to switch out of their class after the session has started - into another class, there is a $20 class fee change regardless of the price of the class. Please agree to this policy by typing "YES" here:
  • We do not walk your child to our classes. You need to arrange with YMCA, KOC or your child's teacher, sibling etc to make sure your child gets to our on campus classes. The instructor will stay with your child until they are picked up (flag-pole or classroom location). Please agree to this policy by typing "YES" here:
  • Our teachers have other commitments after the class they teach. They are paid hourly. If you are more than 6 minutes late to pick up your child, you will be billed $1 per minute. Please agree to this policy by typing "YES" here:
  • If you are registering online now with intent to pay with a cash, check or credit card, we must receive payment before your child's first class. Each week your child attends our classes unpaid, there is a $5 PER WEEK LATE FEE. Please agree to this policy by typing "YES" here:

    Art 4 Children Inc & After School Kids Liability Waiver & Program Policies:
    I understand and agree that by sending the above information to Art 4 Children, that I have read and understand this waiver form, I am freeing Art 4 Children Inc, Reidy Creek, San Elijo, Discovery, their PTO and it's officers, consultants, instructors or other agents from any liability resulting from my child's participation in the sponsored activity for the 2008-09 school year. I understand that if my child is injured this waiver will be used against me and anyone else claiming damages because of my child's injury or any other incident in any legal action. I also understand the 3 Strike Policy. I also accept all responsibility for my child after class has finished. If I am late, I will be billed $10 for every 15 minutes I am late.
    • All supplies and materials included in the class prices unless otherwise noted.
    • Payment must be received prior to class attendance or a weekly fee of $5 will be added to each class your child attends unpaid.
    • We do offer a discount of $5 per class IF you register and pay by the Friday BEFORE the deadline (2 weeks before the session starts).
    • Make a note of the dates your child will attend class. We do not offer make-ups, refunds or credits once the session starts. There is a $20 fee to change classes within a session after the session starts.
    • All classes are subject to cancellation if student minimum enrollment (7 Students) is not met.
    • KOC/KidsCare parents will need to notify YMCA/KOC/KidsCare that your child goes to Art 4 Children classes. YMCA/KOC/KidsCare kids must make their way to our classes, and our teachers will return kids to YMCA/KOC/KidsCare after class.
    • Pick up your child on-time at the end of class. You will be billed $1 per minute after 6 minutes if you are late picking up your child.
    • Photo Permission: Art 4 Children may publish pictures of your child on this web site. If you object, you may call, write or email us and we will not publish any pictures of your child.
    • 3 STRIKE RULE: CHILDREN WHO BECOME A MINOR BEHAVIOUR DISRUPTION TO ANY OF OUR CLASSES WILL BE GIVEN 1) WARNING 2) CALL HOME. IF BEHAVIOUR DOES NOT IMPROVE, 3) THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM OUR CLASSES. NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. IF BEHAVIOUR PROBLEM IS SEVERE, IMMEDIATE REMOVAL MAY BE NECESSARY.
